No Return Policy

We do not accept returns for products once they have been delivered.

Please review product descriptions, specifications, and images carefully before placing your order.

Eligible Cases for Replacement

We offer a free replacement only in the following situations:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To request a replacement, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in the request being declined.

Non-Eligible Cases

Replacement requests will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Minor color variations due to screen settings
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Product misuse or improper handling
  • Refusal to accept the order at delivery

Refund Policy

As we operate under a No Return Policy, refunds are generally not provided.

Refunds may only be issued if:

  • A replacement product cannot be arranged.
  • The product is confirmed to be unavailable after payment.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
